Shipping

We dispatch seven days a week: orders placed by 2 PM ET ship the same day, later orders ship the next day. US shipping is free. International orders ship at a flat $20. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 days after dispatch; international timing varies by destination and customs. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Returns & refunds — all sales final

Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final: we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for a completed order.

The one exception is a fulfillment error on our part: if your order arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date, for a lost package) at orders@senditpeptides.com and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
